About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Architect & Integration Engineer to strengthen our IAM squad.
Our current team consists of a Product Owner, a Technical Lead with strong functional and testing expertise, and several IAM Engineers/Administrators. We are looking for a specialist who brings deep SailPoint implementation expertise and can establish the technical identity governance model required for a scalable and sustainable environment.
This role will be responsible for defining and implementing the SailPoint architecture, designing access models, developing integrations and connectors, and helping establish data governance foundations.

Which tasks can you expect?
SailPoint Architecture & Design
Define the overall SailPoint solution architecture in close collaboration with the Product Owner and Technical lead.
Establish & document implementation standards and best practices.
Design & optimize scalable identity governance processes.
Translate business requirements into SailPoint capabilities and configurations.
Advise on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities and limitations.
Integration & Connector Development
Design and implement integrations with target applications.
Develop and customize SailPoint connectors where required.
Define API integration patterns and standards.
Support integrations with (but not limited to) Entra ID / Active Directory, SAP, Enterprise applications and Custom applications
Troubleshoot complex connector and provisioning issues.
Identity Data & Data Quality Strategy
Assess current identity data quality.
Define a strategy for historical data cleanup and remediation.
Establish authoritative identity sources.
Improve identity correlation and reconciliation processes.
Create governance processes for maintaining data quality over time.
Access Model Design
Design and implement RBAC models.
Define scalable entitlement structures.
Evaluate and introduce ABAC where appropriate.
Support role mining and role engineering activities.
Define governance around role ownership and maintenance.
Governance & Security
Design certification campaign framework.
Support Segregation of Duties controls.
Establish governance processes for access requests and approvals.
Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Technical Leadership
Coach team members on SailPoint best practices.
Review technical designs and implementation approaches.
Support complex troubleshooting efforts.
Create process documentation and process flow diagrams to support knowledge transfer
Drive technical decision-making regarding identity governance architecture.
What do you have to offer?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
SailPoint certifications.
Experience with cloud-native integration patterns.
Experience migrating from another IGA platform.
Knowledge of identity data management and data remediation programs.
Familiarity with Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday or SuccessFactors.5+ years of Identity & Access Management experience.
3+ years of hands-on SailPoint implementation experience.1
Strong knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Provisioning workflows, Identity lifecycle management and Access certifications.
Experience building REST API integrations, Custom connectors, Event-driven integrations and Automated provisioning solutions.
Deep understanding of RBAC and ABAC, Role engineering, Entitlement modelling and Access governance.
