Which tasks can you expect?
Provide necessary support to help manage, maintain, and deliver client payroll/projects within agreed deadlines and with high quality.
Effectively plan and manage own workload.
Validate and enter all data received within agreed deadlines and in accordance with client company policies, procedures and requirements.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via MS Teams, email, and live chat (as applicable).
Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the required system(s).
Identify recurring problems and contribute to the development of solutions and process improvements.
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and builds long-lasting relationships.
NB: Additional tasks may be allocated by the Manager.
What do you have to offer?
Previous experience in a customer support or similar role preferred (especially in the European market).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French.
Team player quality - contribute effectively to the development and growth of the team.
Computer literate and knowledge of the Microsoft software package (Outlook, Ms Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Rapid assimilation capacity.
Comfortable with mathematics and calculations.
Visible commitment to quality processes and the ability to challenge and influence change (if necessary) from established procedures.
Actively seeking improvements that can increase process efficiency.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Exposure to BE legislation and culture is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus
