About the role:
Enable market success of transversal offerings by owning the rollout, adoption and governance across our transversal assets
We are now moving beyond the era of siloed market capabilities into the era of shared assets. At SD Worx, we believe the next leap in HR platform scale won’t come from rebuilding per market, but from industrializing delivery and adoption of our common portals, integration layer, workforce management solution, data insights, and HCM offerings, … across 25+ markets. To achieve our strategic ambition, we developed a digital strategy where reusing software assets across markets plays a pivotal role.
To achieve our ambition, we are seeking a Market Rollout & Adoption Lead to own the rollout of transversal offerings and ensure that our markets adopt the shared assets that support these solutions. This role defines the “how” of adopting shared assets. Connecting asset roadmaps to market realities, standardizing onboarding processes and leveraging the right governance with as outcome: scale and predictable rollouts. This is a high-leverage role at the heart of our digital strategy, operating at the intersection of Products & Technology, Markets, Operations and Strategy.
Your Mission
You will lead the rollout and adoption of transversal assets:
· Align: Connect people, goals and roadmaps into coherent and fit for market rollout plans.
· Augment: Continuously improve rollout approaches with the different teams across the organization to industrialize the approach
· Govern: Establish efficient delivery governance
Key Impact Areas
Coordinate market adoption and rollout of a transversal offering:
Coordinate the adoption of transversal offerings within a market (until scaling or full migration) and eliminate structural and operational barriers.
Convert market feedback (including challenges, requirements, and opportunities) into either transversal asset roadmap items or structural improvements across Products & Technology, Operations and supporting teams.
Promote change by facilitating collaboration: gathering key stakeholders, aligning their viewpoints, and ensuring everyone works toward a unified goal. Coordinate the implementation of cross-functional solutions within the market by eliminating structural and operational barriers.
Industrialize Product onboarding
Industrialize, streamline, and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding approach of transversal assets across the different teams in SD Worx.
Reduce onboarding effort, setup time and market-specific rework.
Enable Product delivery:
Define and manage the critical path per market rollout, identifying dependencies, risk and sequence throughout the project.
Captures market requests for product development.
Manage and improve digital delivery governance
Lead the delivery governance team focused on: risk tracking, milestone gates, and steering committees.
Prepare and host steering committees using best practices like decision framing, escalation triggers, ...
Contribute and connect the transversal rollout status with the company wide governance and prioritization structures (Digital Office).
Success Metrics
On-time milestone achievement and proactive risk mitigation.
Standardized onboarding reducing setup time.
High adoption rates in prioritized markets, measured by asset utilization and local PM feedback.
What You Bring
· Experience: 5+ years in delivery management, program management, rollout/adoption leadership, or product operations—ideally in SaaS/HR/tech with cross-market or multi-department deployments.
· Proven transformational leadership: Led large-scale change initiatives, post-acquisition integrations, or standardization programs that delivered measurable adoption and efficiency gains (e.g., merging siloed capabilities into shared platforms).
· Hands-on experience with delivery governance (risk/milestones/steercos) and standardizing onboarding or change initiatives across distributed teams/markets. Strong ability to define critical paths and manage cross team / asset dependencies.
· Leadership Style: Collaborative, empathetic, and "servant-leader" oriented. You facilitate and bring change through influence and value creation, not command-and-control.
