About the role:
As QA Chapter Lead you will play a key role in shaping the quality of our products across the tribe. You will champion SD Worx standards and testing practices, guide teams toward smart, sustainable solutions, and help us deliver high‑value, future‑proof products to our customers.

Which tasks can you expect?
Develop potential solutions and support the selection of the best testing architecture by understanding both functional and technical fit
Improve QA and testing practices across squads; assist in defining the vision and building the roadmap
Define tribe/squad metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of testing
Design and guide squads in implementing testing best practices; escalate potential deviations to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to standardized automation frameworks across the organization
Support stakeholders during review sessions by addressing their questions and providing solutions
Assist Product Owners in defining proper acceptance criteria within user stories
Conduct research and development on innovative testing tools and methodologies; share findings and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Conduct peer reviews and code reviews for each workstream, focusing on their respective tasks
Assist team members in troubleshooting and resolving problems or blockers
Mentor and guide the QA team, fostering their technical growth and development
Participate in requirement‑gathering meetings at the TCoE to ensure alignment with testing strategies

In‑depth knowledge of existing solutions and products relevant to your area of expertise
Experience working with various testing tools and frameworks
Ability to follow and interpret technology trends
Previous experience in leading a team
Solution‑oriented, enabling mindset; creative when needed and an active listener
Strong conceptual thinking skills and proficiency in precise abstraction techniques
Ability to elaborate and apply testing techniques at both squad and product level
Strong communication skills with the ability to consider and explain complex functional and technical trade‑offs
Experience in Agile development
