Key Responsibilities:
Key: To support the customer journey during the implementation of standard new payroll and HR systems, or the addition of new features in the form of small change requests by using your knowledge and expertise to provide an excellent overall experience for the customer. This role will implement the project and will project manage it from end to end.
Customer Focus: Build expertise to enhance customer solutions, assess client needs, add value throughout the customer journey.
Project Management: Implement and manage projects from end to end, ensuring tasks are completed within time, quality, and budget constraints.
Customer Interaction: Be professional and responsive, anticipate customer needs, and gather feedback.
KPI & Operational Plan: Understand and contribute to Implementation KPIs, maintain internal systems, and ensure resource utilization.

Technical Skills & Experience:
Basic Knowledge: ROI/UK payroll legislation, payroll processing, HR business processes, and Excel.
Communication: Articulate complex technical information to non-technical people.
Problem-Solving: Identify customer challenges and provide solutions.
Compliance: Follow company, ISO, and GDPR requirements.
Desirable Qualities:
Experience: Previous experience with Implementation delivery methodology phases and understanding of continuous improvement opportunities.
Training: Willingness to train customers on solutions.
This role emphasizes customer focus, implementing solutions, project management, continuous learning, and effective communication.
