We are seeking a motivated professional who wants to contribute and use their skills as a Junior Full stack developer to deliver future-proof products for our customers in an agile way of working.
The SD Worx Academy team is building a modern, scalable, and user‑friendly digital learning platform used by HR & Payroll professionals across Europe. As a developer in this team, you will help evolve our Learning Management System (LMS) by working on features such as a fully redesigned UI, the News & Insights content platform, automated certificate generation, enhanced course filtering, and deep integrations with mysdworx to create a seamless user journey.
You will collaborate with an international squad (mainly Belgium and Poland) to continuously improve performance, reliability, and the overall customer experience as we expand our Academy solutions across countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Dive deep into functional and technical user stories
Develop these user stories into robust software, working seamlessly with your team in an agile environment.
Design and build software modules and business process logic that stand the test of time.
Coordinate tasks within the team, prioritizing based on stakeholder requests.
Take full ownership of assigned software functionalities, from development to deployment.
Provide high quality 3rd-level support, troubleshooting, and error correction.
What we’re looking for ?
Familiarity with the software you're responsible for.
A solid understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories related to the software you’re responsible for.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English, confident in both speaking and writing (B2/C1).
A degree in informatics, mathematics, or a related field, or completed training as an IT specialist in application development.
Solid knowledge of software development with C# by using Visual Studio & Azure DevOps
Experience with Angular
At least initial professional development experience.
Technical expertise in:
.NET Core & .NET (C#)
Javascript, Typescript, Angular
Web Api, Rest Api
HTML, CSS
SQL + Entity Framework (Core)
Git, Scrum
Eagerness to learn Azure CI/CD
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of: NServiceBus, Azure Devops, OAuth, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, TFS
