Job Purpose
Within the scope of our Payroll & Reward solutions, the Functional Analyst Integrations is responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements for our integration tools. As part of an international team, you will craft custom-fit functional descriptions and, together with the team, take shared end-to-end responsibility for forward-looking and strategically important products. You will play a key role in communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Overview of the main responsibilities
· Analyze new requirements and legal changes for Payroll tools and translate them into user stories after aligning with the product owner
· Assess new features and legal changes for existing integrations
· Identify opportunities to improve internal technical tools used to assist in integration or monitoring
· Prepare documentation for existing tools and systems, preferably using UML or similar techniques, in collaboration with the product owner and the team
· Contribute to the analyses of Sparc simplified, a new process of integrating large customers with local Belgian applications.
· Provide support to our implementation and support consultants during customer integration setup and maintenance
· Perform testing at all levels, including functional testing, acceptance testing and E2E testing of our integration solutions
· Participate actively in communicating our developed functionalities to target groups and stakeholders
Your profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology or equivalent professional experience
Interest in and/or experience in Payroll technology and processes
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Problem-solving skills and a desire to dive into details
Familiarity with agile principles and working methods
Pragmatic approach with a focus on outcome and goal achievement
Commitment to achieving sprint and squad objectives
Willingness to work in a multicultural, international environment with sufficient knowledge of English (C-level) and Dutch (C-level).
