As a Scrum Master in our Mainframe & Foundation Tribe, you’ll be the catalyst for collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You’ll help us deliver the backbone of our organization—systems that others rely on—while creating an environment where your squad can truly shine.

Your Impact

  • Lead with Purpose: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that keep the team focused and energized.
  • Remove Barriers: Identify and eliminate impediments so your squad can deliver at its best.
  • Coach & Inspire: Support personal growth and foster a culture of feedback and psychological safety.
  • Drive Agility: Champion agile principles and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Product Owners to ensure priorities are clear and delivery is smooth.

What You Bring

  • A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience as a servant leader and team coach.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bonus points: Knowledge of Mainframe or Infrastructure environments and organizational development.
