About the role:
We are seeking a results-driven Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will mainly be responsible for generating product requirements according to customers and market needs and communicate them to all the stakeholders.
You will be a key player in shaping the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of our product roadmap.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to understand business objectives and gather input
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding
- Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed product requirements
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs
- As a true referent, you communicate product requirements through clear and detailed documentation within your squad to your team of Developers: user stories, standard requirements and flowchart construction.
- Define, own and prioritise the product backlog, making strategic decisions on feature development and enhancements
- Regularly reassess and adjust priorities based on changing business priorities, market dynamics, and customer feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products
- Provide guidance to development teams, answering questions and providing clarification on product requirements
- Lead the planning and execution of product releases, coordinating activities across multiple teams
- Ensure successful product launches through effective communication, training, and support
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives
- Analyze data and customer feedback to iterate on product features and inform future development
What do you have to offer?
- Proven business and systems analysis skills
- Ability to translate input into well-structured requirements
- Experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with payroll products is beneficial but not essential
- Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills
- High level of self-motivation
- Fluent in Croatian and English
