About the role:

As a System Data Quality Assurance, Support & Governance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting and evolving our LeanIX ecosystem. You’ll work holistically across SD Worx ensuring data quality, engaging with fact sheet owners and driving continuous improvement. You’ll be reporting into the Process Architecture team manager and contribute to documentation, training and governance.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Act as a LeanIX administrator and support contact across SD Worx.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fact sheet owners.
• Monitor and report on data quality across various LeanIX fact sheet types.
• Identify and support opportunities for LeanIX improvements and enhancements.
• Maintain LeanIX documentation (Loop) and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Participate in the LeanIX Community of Practice, working closely with:
  • LeanIX Product Owner
  • Enterprise Architects
  • Process Architects

What do you have to offer?

• Strong analytical skills and a tech-savvy approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with stakeholders.
• Experience or affinity with process architecture and enterprise tools like LeanIX or eagerness to learn all about it.
• Experience or affinity with working in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
