About the role:
In the architecture of SD Worx Enterprise tooling, our Billing & Invoicing systems play a crucial role. And this is why your role as our Support System Analyst is so important to us.
Investigating and resolving technical (system) issues, that is what this job is all about. Together you will make our platform better and more user-friendly. You are responsible for the Billing & Invoicing application(s) and its functionalities based on the requirements of our business and the composed user stories, in close collaboration
Which tasks can you expect?
- Responsible for internal end-user support
- Resolving (basic) technical issues after a proper investigation
- Communicating back with the resolution to our end-users
- Managing new user set-up and deactivation of system users
- Assisting in the preparations and maintenance of support documentation
- Creating basic reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
- Keeping informed about the developments in our Billing & Invoicing applications
- Taking ownership and doing close follow up on tasks assigned, ensuring targets are met
- Testing product in prescribed browsers, operating systems, and devices
- Comprehending the functional requirements from your stakeholders and translating them to technical solutions. Making sure users understand and are satisfied with the configurations in the billing & invoicing systems.
- Responsible for business requirements gathering, workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Creating and refining of the business user stories. Sharing business and technical insights with the Product Owner.
- Gathering, creating and maintaining current and future business process flows for both internal use and SD Worx’ business.
- Creating and maintaining QA (training) materials
- Using an Agile methodology to keep track of your projects.
- Coordinating regularly with stakeholders, the Product Owners and the business owners
What do you have to offer?
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an admin role. Previous experience as a Support System administrator would be an advantage
- Ideally you have experience in ‘Billing & Invoicing’ systems and its processes
- Experience in SQL and XLS is a (very) nice to have
- Eager to learn
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Experience in working in Agile squads and international environment are considered as a plus
- Being an engaged, positive and flexible team player
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing). French is a plus.
