About the Role

Join our DevOps team and play a key role in supporting HRnet, our leading web-based Human Resources Information System. HRnet covers a wide range of HR processes including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent and Travel Management, and is deployed across both on-prem and cloud-hosted environments. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, technical consultants, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, high availability, and data integrity across our platforms.

Which tasks can you expect

• Deploy, maintain, validate, and support technical solutions within HRnet, focusing on database and ETL processes
• Monitor and optimize workloads in MS SQL databases
• Manage system integration and data migration activities
• Collaborate with developers, technical consultants, and customer technical teams as part of the DevOps function
• Automate database tasks, manage versioning, and oversee system deployments

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• Strong mid to senior-level experience with relational databases, particularly MS SQL
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• A proactive, motivated mindset and strong team collaboration skills
• Experience in database monitoring, optimization, and automation
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and working in dynamic technical environments
• Fluent in Croatian and English
