We are looking for a strategic and action-oriented Product Owner for DevOps
in SD Worx HR who is ready to take responsibility for our internal platforms and tools that enable our development teams to deliver faster, more securely and more intelligently. DevOps and platform engineering are built together with full tribe commitment.
About the Role
As the Product Owner for DevOps in SD Worx HR, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating the vision for our DevOps platform. You will act as the bridge between development teams, IT operations, security, and the business side. You will work closely with our technical specialists to ensure we have robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, automation and security integrated into our development process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the product vision and backlog for the DevOps platform
- Mentor the tribe and DevOps squad in DevOps mindset and skill sets
- Prioritize requirements and features in collaboration with development teams, architects and stakeholders
- Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate initiatives to increase automation, security and performance
- Ensure the usability and efficiency of DevOps processes
- Stay up to date with trends in DevOps and related technologies
We use an agile environment with established build and deploy pipelines in Azure DevOps.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead and manage our DevOps initiatives. This role is essential in aligning technical capabilities with business objectives, ensuring the continuous improvement and reliability of our development and operational workflows.
If you have got some of the following qualifications, do not hesitate to send us your application:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager or similar role within DevOps, infrastructure or development
- University degree or similar knowledge acquired in other ways
- Curious and eager-to-learn mindset
- English, both written and spoken
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, containers, operating systems, virtualization, IaC, public cloud platforms, databases, observability and backlog management
- Enjoy working closely with developers, architects, and operations staff on daily basis
- Work in a structured and goal-oriented way with the ability to make things happen

- Azure, Google, Apple and more (API management)
- Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Redgate, Elastic, Splunk (observability)
- Veracode, Trivy, SonarQube, Rapid7, Sentinel One, GitGuardian (security)
- Power BI (analytics and reporting)
