Which tasks can you expect?

• Develop and implement the team's test strategy, including test data management, test automation, and quality audits.
• Create and maintain QA processes.
• Develop test plans, document, evaluate, and track testing results.
• Write, execute, and monitor automated test suites.
• Perform manual user acceptance testing on digital products to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.
• Test products across specified browsers, operating systems, and devices.
• Ensure products meet design specifications.
• Assess product usability and address QA issues effectively.
• Create and maintain QA training materials.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.
• Exhibit teamwork and flexibility.

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure targets are met.

What do you have to offer?

Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements

Education:

• Degree in IT or related fields.

Skills:

• C#
• SQL

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Understanding of tracking and versioning systems (TFS, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Experience with testing software such as MTM, Browser Stack, Ranorex, Azure DevOps, Postman, Playwright.
• Experience with continuous integration, app build, and delivery systems.
• Experience working in Agile development teams, preferably Scrum.
• Knowledge of payroll systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
