About the role:

As a UX Designer  you will get to collaborate with stakeholders across the company on projects that have a direct impact on the user experience and overall product strategy. You will be part of a design team in the HR offering to lead and discover to re-define how HR-admin could work. 

We have different teams responsible for building easy, efficient, and accessible HR processes in areas such as Core HR, Human capital management, Employee and Manager Self Service, Expense handling, Rehabilitation and so on. You will play a key role in supporting these teams in
reaching our vision to deliver great HR experiences.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Strong design capabilities using the various market standard tools, from wire frame to high fidelity where applicable
• Together with a colleague Designer drive the Product design process from discovery to implementation in our problem spaces.
• Able to use human-centered design methods to boost the user centricity in our teams and stakeholders around you (e.g., conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, etc.).
• Knowing how to transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into tangible solution ideas.
• Knowing how to leverage the continuously changing landscape of technology and design techniques.
• Work closely with Product owners, Specialists and Engineers to drive the user experience agenda towards the system.

What do you have to offer?

• At least 3-5 years of experience in UX design with focus on service design and product development.
• Solid understanding and strategy of performing research with an outcome of integrating user, business, and technical considerations into the design process.
• Have a solid portfolio highlighting a range of product design, research, product thinking and design craft.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in iterative development.
• Good at articulating your vision, strategy, and decisions of your design solutions.
• Able to question old habits, ways of working and together with the team set the product strategy.
• Self-motivated and autonomous. Successfully prioritize and execute projects with quality outcomes. 
• Experience working in HR or payroll is a plus but not required
