About the role:
In the architecture of SD Worx Enterprise tooling, Salesforce plays a crucial role. And this is why your role as our Salesforce Administrator is so important to us. Coordinating and collaborating, that is what this job is all about. One of your main goals is to collaborate with the different stakeholders, like product managers and specialists. Together you will make our Salesforce Suite better and more user-friendly. You are responsible for the Salesforce applications and its functionalities based on the requirements of our business and the composed user stories, in close collaboration with the Developers and Product Owners.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Comprehending the functional requirements from your stakeholders and translating them to technical solutions. Making sure users understand and are satisfied with the configurations in Salesforce.
- Responsible for business requirements gathering: workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Creating and refining of the business user stories. Sharing business and technical insights with the Product Owner.
- Gathering, creating and maintaining current and future business process flows for both internal use and SD Worx’ business.
- Using an Agile methodology to keep track of your projects.
- Coordinating regularly with stakeholders, like our Support Squad, the Product Owners and the business owners
- Performing manual user acceptance testing on digital products to ensure product meets requirements and functions
- Creating complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
- Ensuring that there are as little bugs as possible in Salesforce Suite
- Providing technical support to our Support Squad to resolve configuration defects
- Assessing readiness to deploy each release
- Keeping informed about the developments in the Salesforce technology stack, including all innovations that are included in future releases
- Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met
- Creating test plans, document (e.g. Release Notes, Demo Videos,..), evaluate and track testing results
- Checking the usability view of the product and ensuring the best way to solve QA arising problem on the projects.
What do you have to offer?
- Degree holder in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- SQL
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicating ideas proactively and concisely
- Autonomous and take initiatives when relevant
- In-depth knowledge about the configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with proven work experience
- Ideally you have been working with CPQ tooling and experience in its processes
- Experience working with Azure DevOps would be a plus
- Agile thinking and working
- Being a team player and flexible
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English), and ability to communicate and liaise with people at all levels in the organisation
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
