About the role:
We seek a motivated professional who would like to contribute and use their skills as Backend developer to provide future-proof products for our customers in an agile way of working.
You will join a team responsible for several services that act as gateways to third parties, including a signing service (for signing documents digitally), a messaging service (for sending notifications through mail/push/portal), and a central output service (for managing documents), which also connects to a document warehouse and offers web apps to view the stored documents.

Key Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Dive deep into user stories (functional and technical), collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are crystal clear.
- Develop these user stories into robust software, working seamlessly with your team in an agile environment.
- Design and build software modules and business process logic that stand the test of time.
- Coordinate tasks within the team, prioritizing based on stakeholder requests.
- Take full ownership of assigned software functionalities, from development to deployment.
- Provide top-notch 3rd-level support, troubleshooting, and error correction.
Your skills and experience:
- Interest in HR & Payroll.
- Familiarity with the software you're responsible for.
- Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories regarding the software you’re responsible for.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in English, confident in both speaking and writing .
- A degree in informatics, mathematics, or a related field, or completed training as an IT specialist in application development.
- Extensive experience with C# using Visual Studio & Azure DevOps.
- Previous experiences in HR & Payroll is a plus.
- At least 3 years of development experience
Technical expertise in:
- .NET Core & .NET (C#)
- Web Api
- SQL
- Git, Scrum
- Azure (Cloud)
- Frontend skills: Knowledge and experience with Angular (project experience)
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of: NServiceBus, OAuth, WCF, gRPC, Azure Devops
