As Country Tribe Lead for Norway you will be responsible for the Software development in the domain of Payroll & Reward in Norway. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end integration with the software of other HR domains (Human Capital Management and Workforce Management). You will be managing the priorities in accordance with the business stakeholders.

In this leadership position, you will report to the Nordics Cluster Tribe Lead of Products. You will be part of the local Norwegian management team. The Norwegian Tribe has approx. 40 employees and 5 managers. The teams are based in Trondheim, Norway and the team is expanding to Ebene, Mauritius.

Keys responsibilities

· Manage the product portfolio together with your stakeholders: Define vision for the Tribe and its products, Make product lifecycle decisions (piloting, scaling, decommissioning, etc.), and Software development (IP creation) in the domain of Payroll and Reward

· Managing the Tribe: Lead the formulation of the Tribe and Squads mission and goals, decide on the Tribe's composition and headcount within the given and work to assign budget to products to maximize value (working closely with portfolio teams)

· You align with the organization on: Managing partners / vendors e.g., regarding outsourced services, ensuring alignment with all business stakeholders, upcoming customer deals and be a point of escalation for business director / management team and the Norwegian management team.

· Assist in planning and prioritizing the work: Prioritise high-level epics, Synchronize the product vision with Product Owners / Manager, report on status to the Products Management team and Norwegian management team.

· Work with portfolio to define priorities within the country and collaborate with other tribes to deliver connectivity and wider portfolio solutions.
