About the role:

As a Scrum Master, you will support up to two teams and create an environment in which they can work successfully. You are their first point of contact for all questions relating to agile processes.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Agile coaching: You coach the teams in their development processes and support them in continuously improving.
• Obstacle removal: You recognize and solve problems that hinder the teams in their work and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Methodological skills: You are well-versed in agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking and use them flexibly.
• Knowledge transfer: You promote the exchange of knowledge within the team and across team boundaries.
• Coordination: You support coordination in collaboration with other teams and departments.
• Moderation: You moderate various meetings such as daily scrums, sprint planning and retrospectives in an effective and goal-oriented manner.
• Process optimization: You scrutinize existing processes and advocate continuous improvement.

What do you have to offer?

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile development teams.
• The ability to coach teams in agile practices and establish an agile mindset.
• Degree or comparable work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Systemic thinking and acting to create added value.
• Enjoy working in a multicultural/international environment.
• Very good English skills. 
• Scrum Master certification.
• Technical affinity (e.g. software development, test automation).
• Interest in the entire organization (e.g. marketing, sales, finance).
