About the role:
Our Support department provides support for the Cobra8 package and related products/services to SAAS customers. Our team currently consists of 7 HR and payroll specialists and to continue to support customers, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR specialist. The team is spread over the Breda and Almere branches where they work together 1 or 2 times a week at the office, the other days you can work from home, but this is not necessary.

Which tasks can you expect?

• You answer customer questions about SD Worx's applications by phone, email or via the ticket system.
• You support / advise on (setting up): leave arrangements, absenteeism, mail merge, workflows, important reminders (today notifications) for, for example, expiring contracts, creating users and assigning rights, setting up a job and department table and organizational structure
• You investigate possible errors/problems in the software and pass things on to the Technical support engineers and/or software developers where necessary, so that any errors/problems in the software can be resolved.
• You analyze and articulate the wishes of customers and put them forward during internal consultations.
• You help think about the future of the Cobra software.
• You recognize "buy signals" and convert them into commercial opportunities.

What do you have to offer?

• You have MBO working and thinking level.
• Experience with payroll processing, it is possible to take additional courses through us to increase your knowledge.
• Knowledge of Cobra is an advantage, or you are willing to learn this in a short time through courses.
• You are communicative and customer-oriented, which is why you build a high level of customer trust.
• A good command of the Dutch language, verbally and in writing - nice to have
