About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team.
As a UX/UI Designer at SD Worx, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design concepts effectively.
- Visual Design: Design cohesive and visually appealing UI elements, including icons, buttons, and layouts.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- User-Centered Design: Apply best practices and principles to craft accessible, user-friendly interfaces.
- Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Design Systems: Develop, maintain, and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished work.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and best practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Experience with tools for user research and analytics.
- Knowledge of HR software or enterprise-level applications.
