Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to join our team as a Power Platform Graduate Associate. In this role, you will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with the product owner to develop, deploy, and manage solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a supportive and innovative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product owner and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and customize applications using Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and create insightful reports and dashboards with Power BI.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist in the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of the solutions.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform.
- Document processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
- Previous internship or project experience with Power Platform is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of data modeling and database concepts.
- Experience with other Microsoft 365 tools and services.
- Understanding of APIs and integration concepts.
- Ability to write and understand basic code (e.g., JavaScript, C#).
