Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Apply technical knowledge, skills and expertise to provide development, testing and support service to customers & Internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members
• Accurately plan, record time and effort spent on activities via trackers
• Work closely with the Product Coordinator to plan daily work assignments & escalations
• Communicate orally and in writing with customers to provide good service
• Take ownership and follow up on assigned incidents/tickets
• Be logical and provide SWOT analysis when faced with challenges and problems
• Ensure responsive and timely incident resolution.
• Analyse, prioritize and follow-up on incidents/change requests.
• In depth investigation on Tickets assigned
• Active participation in Huddles
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Proofread of Sprint Notes and Release Notes
• Participate in Knowledge Base process

Note that other duties may be assigned by Agile Coach

Minimum Education / Experience:

• Diploma or Degree holder in IT preferably.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR / Payroll environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in software development, testing or application support would be an advantage.
