- Workcation opportunities: Need a change of scenery? At SD Worx, you can enjoy up to 20 days of workcation per year—working remotely from any country where you have the inherent right to work. Whether it’s visiting family, exploring a new city, or simply recharging in a familiar place, you stay connected and productive—on your terms.

- Continuous learning: Our internal Learning and Development team is working on continuously updating and creating tailored trainings. We offer both tailormade trainings like for example for our payroll or IT colleagues, as well as some broader trainings like feedback training or how to be a self-leader.
- Career coaching: We want our colleagues to feel empowered in their career and encourage them to seek other opportunities within the company where they can thrive. Therefore, we introduced career coaching’s so we can match colleagues looking for new opportunities to open vacancies.

- Mentoring programmes: Mentoring is not something new within SD Worx, but in 2023 we officially started a mentoring programme at SD Worx. Through our internal Talent tool our colleagues can sign up to become either a mentor or a mentee. Based on similar interests they are matched and enter a mentorship.
