About our Exchange Programme
Twice a year, colleagues from Mauritius, Poland, or Spain can head to Belgium to collaborate with local teams, share knowledge, and gain fresh insights. It’s their chance to experience a new culture while growing personally and professionally.
Participants will:
- Build cross-cultural communication skills,
- Work with key stakeholders to boost projects, and
