About the role:

Are you passionate about SAP Payroll and looking to grow your career in an international and innovative environment? At SD Worx, we're expanding our SAP practice and are looking for a Junior SAP HCM / ECP Consultant – Netherlands Payroll to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience or a strong interest in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) on S/4HANA, and Dutch Payroll processes and legislation.

Which tasks can you expect?

you will work with international clients, helping them optimise and transform their HR and payroll processes through SAP solutions.
You will collaborate with experienced consultants and participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.

What do you have to offer?

Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Experience or exposure to Netherlands Payroll Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Professional proficiency in English
Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Payroll Control Center (PCC), SAP Time Management, SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications
