Challenge unclear scope, unrealistic deadlines and unresolved ownership constructively and early.
Identify delivery risks and bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans and escalate issues at the appropriate time.
Ensure project teams remain focused on agreed outcomes rather than activity alone.
Support change implementation by helping teams understand what is changing, why it matters, what is expected from them and how progress will be measured.
Introduce fit-for-purpose project-management disciplines, templates and governance that improve execution without adding unnecessary administrative burden.
Track benefits and post-implementation actions to ensure completed projects translate into sustained operational or commercial value.
Build productive working relationships across functions, acting as a trusted facilitator and delivery partner.
What do you have to offer?
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, PMO Manager or similar delivery role in a complex, fast-paced international business environment.
Demonstrated experience managing several concurrent, cross-functional internal projects.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguous or evolving situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
Strong stakeholder-management ability, including experience working effectively with senior leaders and teams with limited time availability.
A results-driven mindset, with a clear focus on delivery, business outcomes and accountability.

Ability to influence without relying solely on formal authority.
Strong attention to detail while retaining an understanding of the wider business context and strategic priorities.
Experience with project-management tools and reporting systems, such as Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Monday.com or equivalent.
