About the role:
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
Support audits by preparing required documentation and explanations.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments on budgeting and financial reporting.
Assist junior accountants and provide technical guidance when needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4-7 years of accounting experience.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
