You are part of the Center of Excellence for the Southern-Europe region, with focus on supporting HR and Payroll Operations in France, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.
In the Center of Excellence, Customer Experience is at the heart of everything we do, and we ensure that processes within the Operations department are handled effectively, efficiently and with a forward-looking approach.
To further strengthen our growth and innovative capacity, we are looking for a continuous improvement consultant with an innovative, digital mindset, focusing on Automation and AI.
Your role
You will manage and improve processes from start to finish and actively contribute to the transition towards smarter, scalable and future-proof solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
• Innovating, standardising and automating transactional processes with the aim of structurally reducing manual actions
• Exploring and developing AI and data-driven opportunities (e.g. process insights, intelligent automation, decision support) to fundamentally improve processes
• Analysing, managing, improving and implementing processes and tools to optimise the workload for clients and internal teams
• End-to-end ownership: business analysis, development in collaboration with IT, (internal and external) roll-out, communication and follow-up
• Actively building buy-in among stakeholders and guiding them through change
• Monitoring process standards in accordance with Lean methodology
• Working closely with our extended workforce within a near-shoring and offshoring context
• Critically questioning existing working methods and proposing out-of-the-box, scalable improvement solutions.
Your profile
You combine analytical skills with an open, innovative mindset and feel at home in a digital environment.
You recognise yourself in the following:
• You have a digital and AI-literate mindset
• You have knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Automate, Power BI
• You have experience in defining/improving process flows, and setting up chatbots
• You have analytical skills and know how to translate complex data into clear insights and concrete optimisations
• You think outside the box, dare to question assumptions and actively seek innovative solutions
• You are eager to learn, enjoy experimenting (e.g. pilots or proofs of concept) and are open to pushing your boundaries
• You can work independently whilst also functioning strongly as a team player
• You cope well with change, unexpected situations and pressure
• You have experience or an affinity with payroll administration, social legislation and/or IT
• You have experience with change and stakeholder management
• You communicate fluently in French and English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
