To support our continued growth in Ireland we are seeking a Solution Marketeer to join our team in SD Worx Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, fast paced business.
The Role
As a Solution Marketeer, you take ownership of how our solutions are positioned, understood, and brought to market in Ireland. You act as the key link between product, sales and marketing, ensuring strong alignment between commercial priorities and solution messaging.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with product and sales teams to drive go-to-market activities. You develop a strong understanding of our solutions, enabling you to understand value propositions, build messaging around key audience personas, and communicate the market and competitor context with confidence.
You will be part of a collaborative team of three, so this role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to contribute beyond your core focus, including involvement in ad hoc projects and wider marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution positioning, value proposition development and messaging in Ireland, aligned to audience personas, competitor insights, go-to-market priorities and revenue goals
Act as a key link between product, sales and marketing, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging and pipeline focus
Work closely with sales on all product-related marketing, supporting go-to-market activities with clear, impactful narratives and content
Own sales enablement activities, including acting as the Highspot champion to drive adoption, maintain quality content and improve effectiveness
Create and optimise content across the buyer journey, using insights and data to improve engagement, conversion and commercial impact
What You Bring

Must-have:
Proven experience in solution, product or B2B marketing within a commercial environment
Strong ability to translate complex solutions into clear messaging that supports pipeline and conversion
Ability to understand products at a deeper level and communicate their value with confidence
Experience working closely with sales teams to support positive commercial outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence constructively
Experience producing engaging sales collateral and enablement materials that support lead conversion, strengthen customer conversations and improve sales effectiveness.
Microsoft PowerPoint skills are essential, with experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite considered an advantage.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in HR, payroll or SaaS environments
Project Management experience
Familiarity with sales enablement tools
Experience supporting go-to-market strategy and campaigns
Strong eye for content quality, design and storytelling
