Which tasks can you expect?
Manage several mid sized client projects in DACH countries.
Manage and steer the client and project team and is responsible keeping the project goals.
Work together with the Program Manager, Consulting Director and the global PMO on project financials.
Strengthen the project management quality assurance process.
Provide trainings on software the project managers need, as well as provide project management, best practices and template training under supervision.
What do you have to offer?
Experience of managing SAP HCM projects 5-10 years.
First line of communication for project team members, stakeholders and customers in the project organization.
Knowledge of project financials and -controlling and put them into praxis.
Leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
Good presentation and business correspondence skills
Knowledge of the Project Management Processes and know how to put them into practice, Certifications is a plus
Full working proficiency in German and English landuages is a must
