This is what you see yourself doing?

As a Credit Controller, you’ll be part of our Finance team. Here’s a snapshot of what your role will involve:

• You love a challenge? We’ve got one for you! Together with your colleagues, you’ll manage the customer portfolio and ensure all outstanding invoices are paid correctly and on time.

• Ownership is your middle name. You enjoy working autonomously and taking responsibility for the swift follow-up of customer accounts. You identify late or incomplete payments, take the necessary actions, and collaborate closely with other internal departments.

• You communicate with our national and international customers by phone and email.

• You work directly with our debt collection agency and closely monitor ongoing legal procedures.

• Protime is growing. Fast. This means you’ll have the opportunity to use your creativity and analytical skills to help drive improvements and efficiencies in the way we work. You’ll review our current Credit & Collections processes and actively contribute to their optimization.

• Ideally, you bring several years of experience as a Credit Controller.

• Because you will be working with our Strobbo clients in Belgium, you are fluent in English, Dutch and French.

• Annual base salary between €25.000 and €32.000 (depending on experience) + annual variable bonus + fringe benefits.
