Join SD Worx and help shape the future of HR and Payroll Outsourcing. As part of our newly established SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO team, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality HR operations services across areas such as time tracking, benefits, pensions, insurance, garnishments, and document management.
Key Responsibilities
Process HR service cases and resolve employee queries.
Maintain and update HR data related to benefits, pensions, insurance, time management, and garnishments.
Manage document administration and invoice reconciliations.
Support change requests, testing, and system updates.
Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with global and local standards.
Collaborate with clients, country teams, and external stakeholders.
Support payroll controls, data validation, and year-end activities.
Guide and support junior team members.
About You
1–3 years’ experience in payroll or HR outsourcing.
Knowledge of HR processes such as time management, benefits, pensions, insurance, and document administration.
Strong administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with SLAs and managing multiple priorities.
Fluent in English and the local language.
SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HR systems, or payroll certifications (PHR/CIPD) are a plus.
