We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing Performance & Intelligence to join our central marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving scalable marketing performance across key channels and tactics, while building a strong data-driven decision-making culture across marketing teams.
This role will play a key part in embedding AI-driven capabilities into marketing, ensuring local marketing teams can scale performance more efficiently and make smarter, data-informed decisions.
You will lead two complementary domains:
Marketing Performance : defining strategy, frameworks, and scalable execution across channels
Marketing Intelligence : Turn internal & external data into actionable insights that guide marketing & GTM decisions
Key responsibilities
Marketing Performance Strategy & Execution
Define and lead the marketing performance strategy across key channels, including paid acquisition (search, social, display), SEO/GEO, websites, and lead nurturing & lifecycle management
Leverage AI to improve channel efficiency, targeting accuracy, and campaign performance at scale
Own the performance roadmap, balancing short-term results with long-term growth
Identify and scale high-impact tactics for different segments (e.g. SME lead generation campaigns, ABM)
Drive a test-and-learn culture through structured experimentation frameworks
Marketing Intelligence & Insights
Lead the Marketing Intelligence team, covering performance reporting, dashboards, benchmarking (internal and external), and customer and market insights
Ensure insights are actionable, timely, and embedded in decision-making
Define and evolve a single source of truth for marketing performance data
Translate complex data into clear recommendations and strategic direction
Data-driven decision making
Drive a culture of measurement, accountability, and continuous optimization
Define KPIs, attribution models, and performance metrics
Ensure alignment between marketing performance and business outcomes
Partner with teams such as Sales & Products to enable end-to-end funnel visibility
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers and data analysts
Act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leadership and local teams
Influence decision-making at the executive level through data and insights
Your profile
7+ years in marketing intelligence or performance marketing.
Proven experience leading high-performing marketing and/or analytics teams
Strong track record in scaling performance across multiple markets and segments.
Experience with B2B marketing and complex buyer journeys is highly preferred
Strong experience working in cross-functional environments, aligning teams through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and experimentation
