What will you do?
You will be in direct contact with our Belgian customers and assist them with all their questions regarding the use of our software.
How are you going to do that?
You build knowledge and experience within the different domains of our applications.
You build a relationship of trust with your client contacts.
You answer questions concerning the use of our Protime tools.
You advise your customers on how to optimize their Protime environment.
You develop an internal network and work closely with our internal customer experts (obtaining advice, delivering leads, passing on information, clarifying the needs of our customer portfolio, etc.)
What else will you do?
You will have the opportunity to help think about the operation and future of the team. Together, you take a critical look at the processes and take steps to optimize our customer service .
You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues.

You can speak to customers in a professional manner and have the perseverance to always search (out-of-the-box) for the right solution.
You have an interest in software applications and the hard part of HR.
You are analytically strong.
You work with our Flemish customers, so you communicate very fluently in Dutch. You also speak English.
You know how to take responsibility in your role. You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.

Annual base salary between €25.000 and €32000 (depending on experience) + annual variable bonus + fringe benefits.
