About the role:

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to strengthen our international team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on Austrian payroll.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Your Mission As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering SAP HCM solutions for our clients:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions

• Provide functional expertise in Austrian payroll, ensuring compliance and high-quality delivery

• Participate in end-to-end project phases: Requirement gathering & specifications Analysis & solution design System configuration (customizing/parameterization)

• Testing & go-live support

• Support AMS activities, including incident management, change requests, and continuous improvement

• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure seamless system integration

• Contribute to User Support Services, ensuring client satisfaction and system stability

What do you have to offer?

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant 5+ years

• Strong expertise in Austrian Payroll (PY-AT)

• Experience in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and/or SAP implementations

• Solid knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration points

• Fluent in German and English languages

• Nice to Have Experience with:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

• Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Payroll Control Center (PCC) SAP HCM Certifications
