About the role:
We are looking for a Drupal/PHP Developer to join our Websites Squad in the Marketing Operations team. You will work together with the rest of the development team, functional analysts and product owner for various challenging website projects.
Which tasks can you expect?
Within the websites squad you will help to further build and optimize our different types of websites (country websites, e-commerce websites, ...). Therefore, you will rely on your broad knowledge of PHP (Symfony) & APIs.
Based on the selected user stories, you will create or modify the necessary functionalities in Drupal.
You will be responsible for the optimal working and the health of our Content Management System (CMS) Drupal.
You will continuously look for the most scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions within the possibilities of our technology stack.
You will work together with the product owner, functional analysts, UX designers and front-end developers to achieve the perfect result.
What do you have to offer?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing web applications using Drupal or at least one PHP framework, preferably Symfony.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful web APIs.
Familiar with MySQL databases, Docker, and Git.
Familiar with OOP concepts and agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of web technologies in particular HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
Experience with DevOps is a plus.
Knowledge of Drupal is a plus, but if you don’t have experience yet, you will be coached to learn everything about Drupal (via online trainings & via experienced developers in the team)
You like to work in an international context.
You are open-minded and flexible.
You can take ownership of the backend development with the necessary passion.
