About the role:
This role brings together both commercial and operational responsibilities. You will play a key part in developing and managing a dedicated customer portfolio, while also ensuring the highest standards of data quality and integrity in Salesforce.
By building strong, long‑lasting customer relationships and maintaining accurate, reliable data, you directly contribute to our business growth and the effectiveness of our sales processes and reporting.

Which tasks can you expect?
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio
Prepare commercial offers in collaboration with Sales Manager / Key Account Manager
Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with pricing policies and commercial conditions
Promote company products and services to prospects and clients
Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets
Enter and update data in Salesforce, CRM systems, Excel, and other tools
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Maintain proper documentation and organization of commercial data
Support reporting activities and data extraction for business insights
Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to data quality and information security
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations)
Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment and continuous process improvement
What do you have to offer?
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/account management
Minimum 2 years of experience working with data (CRM, Excel, databases)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage large volumes of data
Basic to intermediate understanding of business processes and reporting
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields)
Previous experience in commercial and/or operational roles
Experience working with digital tools and data platforms
