About the role:
As an HR Operations Associate, you support the operational delivery of standardized HR services within our SAP Solutions organization. You process HR service cases, maintain HR data and contribute to a reliable, service-oriented delivery aligned with defined SLAs.
This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their HR or payroll career who want to grow in an international HR operations environment. Expected start date will be 1st of October 2026 .

Which tasks can you expect?
Process standard HR service requests and provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain HR and payroll data (e.g. benefits, time tracking, insurance, pensions)
Handle document management where employee self-service is not available
Support the maintenance of SOPs, work instructions and process documentation
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards and deadlines
Participate in data controls (e.g. SAP Payroll Control Centre) and support data corrections
Communicate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of global and local standards
What do you have to offer?
First experience (0–1 years) in HR Operations, Payroll, Shared Services or BPO is an advantage
Basic understanding of HR administrative processes and data handling
Motivation to work in a service-oriented, operational environment
Ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly and handle requests with professionalism and empathy
Analytical mindset with attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality results
Structured and reliable way of working, even when priorities or volumes change
Openness to learning new tools, systems and digital ways of working, including automation and data-driven processes
Team-oriented mindset with the willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared success
Positive, solution-focused attitude and eagerness to continuously develop skills and knowledge
Fluent in German both written and spoken
English as a plus
