The International division at SD Worx delivers payroll and HR solutions to international organizations. As a leading European provider in this segment, we support complex, multi‑country environments with innovative, high‑quality services tailored to client needs.
About the role:
To strengthen our International Bid Office, we are looking for an experienced Global Bid Manager. In this role, you will independently manage complex RFI and RFP processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our bid tools, processes, and content.
As our international solutions and strategy continue to evolve rapidly, each bid requires careful knowledge curation, adaptation, and alignment with our latest offerings and positioning. This role plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes part in ensuring consistent, high‑quality, and fully compliant proposals for large corporate and international opportunities.
The Global Bid Manager acts as the central coordinator for tender responses, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery, while working closely with Sales and a broad range of internal stakeholders.
Which tasks can you expect?
End‑to‑end management of RFIs and RFPs
Independently manage multiple RFIs and RFPs of varying complexity and volume.
Coordinate bid assessment, planning, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, high‑quality submissions.
Create, edit, and proofread proposals in line with client requirements, internal policies, strategic positioning, and branding guidelines.
Bid coordination & stakeholder management
Act as the primary coordinator, consolidating input from Sales, Commercial Finance, Implementation, Legal, and other subject matter experts.
Build strong working relationships across the organization and secure timely commitment from contributors.
Organize, attend, and facilitate internal bid meetings, kick‑offs, and preparation sessions.
Tools, systems & governance
Set up and manage bid project structures using tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Loopio.
Maintain and continuously enrich the bid and proposal knowledge base, ensuring content remains current, compliant, and reusable.
Quality, compliance & best practices
Ensure proposals fully comply with tender instructions, legal standards, internal governance, and brand guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, and ways of working.
Analyze feedback from successful and unsuccessful bids to improve future outcomes.
Sales enablement
Support and guide sales teams throughout bid processes and promote proposal best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
What do you have to offer?
Proven experience in bid or proposal management within an international services environment, experience in the HR industry will be an asset
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Experience translating technical, commercial and contractual content into compelling proposals
Hands‑on experience with bid and sales tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, Loopio or similar
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch or French will be an asset
Stress‑resilience, able to remain focused and effective during short turnaround times and competing priorities
High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail
Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams and functions
Clear, structured, and professional communication skills to align with internal stakeholders
