Are you passionate about turning strategy into measurable business outcomes? As our Principal Agile Coach, you'll drive delivery excellence across product teams, helping us create faster flow, smarter decisions, and greater customer impact. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders to optimize how work moves from idea to outcome, shape modern ways of working, and build a culture of continuous improvement. This is a highly visible leadership role with strategic influence, budget responsibility, and people leadership of up to 15 team members, including Scrum Masters.
What you'll be doing
Optimize the end-to-end flow of value from strategic priorities through to delivery and measurable outcomes.
Identify and address systemic constraints that impact speed, quality, predictability, and business value.
Drive transparency across the product life cycle, ensuring teams have visibility of priorities, progress, outcomes, and dependencies.
Enable teams and leaders to make informed decisions using delivery, quality, value, and outcome-based metrics.
Support outcome-driven planning and prioritization, helping teams connect their work to customer and business impact.
Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business teams.
Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement, experimentation, and adaptive delivery practices.
Strengthen decision-making processes, operating rhythms, and accountability models across the Tribe.
Support the adoption of responsible AI-enabled ways of working that improve effectiveness and decision making.
Partner with the Product Operations Center of Excellence to embed best practices and evolve organisational standards.
Act as Scrum Master for one or two squads where required.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong product and delivery expertise with a passion for organizational effectiveness and coaching.
Experience and skills:
Significant experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Agile Coaching, Delivery Leadership, Transformation, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of product operating models and outcome-driven delivery.
Experience improving organisational flow, delivery performance, and cross-team collaboration.
Ability to identify systemic challenges and drive sustainable improvements using systems thinking.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience using metrics and insights to improve delivery predictability, quality, customer outcomes, and business value.
Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
Comfortable operating across strategic, portfolio, and delivery levels of an organisation.
Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve ways of working and decision-making.
English – professional working proficiency (written and spoken).
