Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential procurement professional to join our growing international team in a high-visibility Tactical Buyer role. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement (reporting into the CFO), you will operate at the core of procurement transformation, driving sourcing activities across both IT and non-IT categories. This role goes beyond execution: you will have end-to-end ownership of sourcing projects, direct exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape how procurement operates in a developing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of end-to-end sourcing processes (RFQ/RFP) across IT and non-IT categories
Drive commercial negotiations and deliver tangible business impact
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, primarily based in Antwerp
Lead supplier selection based on value, risk, and performance
Manage and finalize contracts in close collaboration with Legal and Finance
Ensure procurement activities are aligned with internal policies while challenging the status quo where needed
Leverage data (SAP, BI, Excel) to support decision-making

Profile we are looking for
Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on and result-driven attitude
Based in our Antwerp Office
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment
Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Experience in procurement or sourcing (IT and/or indirect spend is a plus)
