About the role
You are about to join multinational team of SuccessFactors Experts to delivery best possible solutions for our international clients across Europe.
Which tasks you can expect?
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management (both Time off and Time tracking).
Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.
Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
What do you have to offer?
Experience in SuccessFactors implementations at least 3-4 years, preferably within consultancy business environment.
Leading at least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Times Management. Experience with another module would be advantageous.
SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a must.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
Good understanding of HR processes. Fluency in businees English to work with international clients. You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
