About the role:
As Partner Management Admin Support, you are a key enabler within our International Presales organisation. You support our Partner Management and Presales teams by ensuring partner information, documentation, and processes are accurate, structured, and reliable.
You collaborate daily with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and contribute directly to the quality of sales proposals and partner cooperation in an international context. This role offers strong exposure to commercial processes and cross‑border collaboration.
Which tasks can you expect?
Partner Management support
Maintain and track updates to the partner matrix and KPI overviews
Ensure correct storage and administration of Work Orders and Change Requests
Prepare and maintain standard templates and service catalogues
Use Salesforce to maintain data quality and produce relevant reports
Presales support
Maintain the partner library/repository and ensure information is up to date
Perform annual reviews to validate the accuracy of partner data
Answer questions related to partner scope and service offerings
Sales proposal & bid support
Support partner-related inputs for RFIs and RFPs
Coordinate with partners on non‑standard service requests and ad hoc pricing
Act as a link between Partner Management, Sales, Bid Office, KAMs and Commercial Finance
What do you have to offer?
Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally in a commercial, presales, or partner‑driven environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work smoothly across teams and cultures
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid knowledge of Excel
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) would be an advantage
A structured working style with strong attention to detail
Comfort working in an international and dynamic environment
Availability at short notice or immediately is a plus
