About the role:
As a Support Consultant at SD Worx Iberia, you will use our ticketing system to resolve questions and issues related to the operation of the HR management solution and all its modules (e.g. payroll, time tracking, skills and talent, budgeting). You will provide efficient, high-quality solutions.
Your day-to-day work with our clients:
Configure and customize the payroll module and customer portal to meet client needs.
Provide guidance to customers by managing inquiries and service requests through the ticketing system.
Resolve first-level incidents following established procedures, escalate second-level issues to the technical team, and ensure proper follow‑up and closure.
Prepare reports and accurately log all requests in the system.
Support consulting activities and proactively suggesting product improvements.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them in the implementation and optimization of their payroll processes.
What we are looking for:
1-3 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in Labour Relations, Payroll Management, or similar roles, ideally within a Payroll Agency, Consultancy, or Advisory firm.
A degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources or a related field is valued.
Prior experience with payroll systems configuration and setup is highly valued.
Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications.
A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
A problem-solving and positive attitude, team spirit and a good sense of humour — we appreciate people who bring their own style and energy to the team.
Spanish is essential and fluency in English is highly valued.
