In this Senior People Business Partner position, you will oversee both strategic advisory responsibilities and HR Operations, guaranteeing seamless end‑to‑end processes across the entire employee lifecycle. You will serve as the strategic PBP for multiple departments, representing and supporting a workforce of around 300 employees.

Professional Experience & Skills
Proven experience (at least +5 years) as a strategic People Business Partner (PBP) with a strong track record in shaping and delivering impactful People strategies.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing end‑to‑end People processes.
Practical experience using HR analytics to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly expert‑level Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, analytics).
Strong experience with digital HR tools, automation, agents, bots, and process digitalisation.
Strong advisory mindset and the ability to coordinate a small team.
Solid background in German labor law and extensive experience working with local and national works councils.
You speak fluent German and English.
You are flexible and open to business travel and on‑site visits.
What tasks await you?
You provide data‑driven advice to managers and support workforce planning and development aligned with the business strategy.
Together with your area of responsibility, you develop and retain talent.
You implement HR processes and policies.
You handle operational and administrative HR topics together with the People Specialist team.
You ensure proper on-boarding of employees together with the leadership team.
You support career coaching and facilitate workshops.
You work closely with the People Specialists, Payroll, Recruitment, and the global People teams.
You support the People Director in strategic advisory topics.
You have deep insight into the labor market and follow HR trends.
You contribute to strategic HR projects within the Corporate People department.
You are part of the continuous evaluation and improvement of internal processes, tools, and systems.
