We are looking for a senior, commercially driven Sales Executive to take ownership of new business growth across the SME and lower mid‑market segments, with a strong focus on driving the success of our FOKUS solution.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets. You thrive in a high‑performance environment where proactive prospecting, structured sales execution, and strong closing skills are essential to success.
Beyond sales execution, you will play a key role in shaping how we bring FOKUS to market and evolving the solution to meet market demands. Acting as a central link between sales, product development, operations, and marketing, you will ensure that our offering remains commercially strong, relevant, and scalable. You will actively feed insights from customers and the market back into the organisation to refine our value proposition and go‑to‑market strategy.
This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership and working cross‑functionally—someone who can act as a true “spider in the web”, driving commercial success while building strong, trust‑based relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
To Succeed in This Role, You Bring
Proven experience in SME and/or lower mid‑market B2B sales, with a strong and consistent track record of results
A structured, disciplined approach to pipeline management and sales execution
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long‑term customer relationships
The capability to understand customer needs and translate them into clear, value‑driven solutions
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
A proactive, self‑driven, and competitive mindset, combined with high accountability
