Role Overview
As an Office Assistant based in our Sundbyberg office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of SD Worx Sweden. The role requires a proactive, flexible, committed, and highly organised individual with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Our ideal candidate is a positive self‑starter with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment.
Your Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for all facilities‑ and office‑related matters; manage and coordinate various office activities in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that all Swedish offices provide a welcoming, well‑functioning, and professional environment for both SD Worx colleagues and external visitors.
Support the two main Swedish offices (Sundbyberg and Norrköping) as well as three smaller satellite offices.
Assist the management team in organising events and meetings. An upcoming example is the large customer event in November, welcoming approximately 150 customers.
Support the People Team with administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and the administration of employee benefits.
Act as Sweden’s primary point of contact when coordinating with other Office Managers and Executive Assistants across the Group. Manage meeting coordination, bookings, and calendar synchronisation for the Market Team.
Carry out additional administrative tasks as required by business needs.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in administrative or assistant‑type roles.
A positive, proactive, and customer‑focused team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong planning and organisational abilities, high attention to detail, a can‑do attitude, and the ability to follow through and get things done.
Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and balance multiple priorities.
Ability to work from the office at least three days per week.
Motivation to add value by understanding stakeholder needs and delivering high‑quality support.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new things and share knowledge with others.
Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office tools.
Excellent Swedish and fluent English, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work from our Sundbyberg office.
