Which tasks can you expect?

• AP accounting SD Worx People Solutions Belgium entity in close cooperation with AP-team in Mauritius and accounting team in Belgium

• Managing and monitoring incoming requests from suppliers and business via MyServicePoint tool

• Setup and follow-up of KPI’s on MyServicePoint cases

• Processing of limited number of supplier invoices

• Follow up of supplier payments and approval processes

• Supporting and servicing internal customers

• Supporting internal and external audit

• Reconciliation of revenue from various billing systems with S4Hana data

• AP support month end close accounting activities

• Update and follow-up on accuracy of coding file

• Clean-up old balances in supplier aging report

• Setup a minimum of internal controls

What do you have to offer?

• Have a degree in accountancy or economics (bachelor accountancy-tax or master in financials) or relevant experience

• Have knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS.

• Have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience (AP experience in an audit, accountancy firm and/or accounting department)

• Have basic knowledge of Corporate Income Tax & extensive knowledge of VAT

• Fluent in English, while French or Dutch is an asset

• Be communicative, flexible, not afraid to take initiatives

• Be proactive, a team-player and able to work independently in an international team

• Shared service experience is a plus

• Experience in SAP – S4Hana is a plus

• Actively participate in improving accounting processes

• Meeting strict deadlines

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft tools

• Eager to integrate AI in AP processes and tools

• Customer service oriented, internal and external

• Professional attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and a high degree of ability to define priorities

• Oriented to detail and organized
