Payroll is never “just payroll” - especially when it runs across borders, systems and countries. At SD Worx, we’re expanding our SAP Managed Payroll Services team and looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator who wants to grow in an international, professional and people‑focused environment.

As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will
You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end payroll processing of international clients using SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors. Working within an experienced team, you ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients across countries.
Your key responsibilities include
Supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, including preparation of employment and salary certificates
Processing employee data related to new hires and terminations, including registration and deregistration in Płatnik
Managing employee records in PUE and processing sick leave certificates
Supporting the Payroll Team using SAP Payroll Control Centre in Gross‑to‑Net payroll processing in line with SD Worx standards and SLAs
Participating in payroll controls, corrections, and monthly closing activities
Communicating daily with clients, country teams and external authorities when required

What you bring with you
1–3 years of experience in HR operations and/or payroll, preferably in an outsourcing or BPO environment
Practical experience in processing employee lifecycle data (new hires, terminations) and cooperation with Polish authorities (ZUS, PUE, Płatnik)
Hands‑on experience with SAP Payroll, ideally SAP Payroll Control Centre
Solid understanding of Polish payroll and HR administration processes
Good command of English and Polish (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
